Cancellation procedure

cancel reservation : Notification up to 14 days before the order date will not be charged a cancellation fee but will be charged a 5% management fee. In the notice less than 14 days before the order date, a charge of 50% of the total transaction will apply In the event of a cancellation notice less than 7 days before the order date, a charge of 100% of the total transaction will apply In the event of cancellation of an order due to entering the insulation within 7 days from the date of the order - 100% of the total transaction will be charged - it is possible to find a replacement and thus avoid charging Please note There is a pool and bathing is strictly forbidden!
